Yaron has extensive years of experience in financial accounting and in a wide range of financial and accounting fields.  

As part of his accounting practice activity, Yaron has accompanied numerous companies (some of the largest public, government and private companies in Israel in an array of industries and fields) in consulting and resolving complex accounting issues, writing accountant’s opinions and accounting position papers, preparing and reviewing financial statements, conducting accounting due diligence, and accompanying companies in engaging with the Israel Securities Authority. 

Yaron currently heads the boutique firm Tirosh Accounting Consulting which he founded. The firm specializes, among other things, in providing accounting consulting services, and in accounting accompaniment and preparation of financial statements for companies in the process of an IPO.

Before founding Tirosh Accounting Consulting, Yaron was a partner at Assayag Consultants Ltd for 4 years, and prior to that a senior manager in the Professional Practice Department at EY accounting firm for more than 7 years. 

As part of his academic and accounting teaching activities, Yaron has taught and prepared thousands of students for the Israel CPA Council’s CPA certification exams, prepared extensive professional material, and written exam appeals regarding the CPA certification exams.   

Yaron is currently the co-founder of The Accounting House, a private school for accounting studies, with an emphasis on preparing students for the Israel CPA Council’s CPA certification exams.  

Before establishing The Accounting House school, Yaron was active in various private frameworks for many years, preparing students for the Israel CPA Council’s CPA certification exams. He was also a faculty member at the Accounting School of the College of Management Academic Studies, and taught numerous accounting courses in the completion year in accounting, the 3rd year of degree studies, and in the Continuing Education Department. 

Yaron was also a member of the team which wrote the CPA Council’s Financial Accounting 1 exam.
